The 38th Feliks Stamm Memorial Tournament will be starting in Pultusk on Monday

 

The Feliks Stamm Memorial Tournament will be starting with its first competition day after the Sport entries check, Technical Meeting and Official Draw on Monday 22nd May. All of the five Confederations are planning to send boxers to the prestigious Feliks Stamm Tournament which returns to the official program.

The competition will be held in a historic city, Pultusk which is located near to their capital and previous host, Warsaw. The 38th Feliks Stamm Memorial Tournament is scheduled in all of the 12 female and 13 male weight categories.

Mr. Feliks Stamm was a legendary boxing coach in Poland who built up fantastic teams in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s. These boxers earned several medals and titles for Poland in the Olympic Games and in the European Boxing Championships making that period as the golden era for the country.

Australia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Congo, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, Finland, France, Gambia, Germany, Guinea Bissau, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Moldova, host Poland, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, Tanzania, Trinidad & Tobago, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Wales registered to participate in the new edition of the Feliks Stamm Memorial Tournament.
